For rooms that have stopped working
Home Reset
A room-by-room reset built on how you actually live. We clear, sort, and rehome — then we teach the systems back to you so nothing slides again by Sunday.

01 — A quiet practice
Stillroom is a slow, cinematic decluttering studio. We sit beside you for home resets, inheritance sorting, and the particular weather of an ADHD morning — one drawer, one decision, one long exhale at a time.
02 — Manifesto
"For the person locked in a cave, the shadows on the walls can become a reality. We don't keep you in the dark."
The pile in the hallway is not a moral failure. It is grief, it is deadline, it is a brain doing its best. We come in slowly, with a cup of tea and a plan you can actually breathe inside.

For the boxes you cannot yet open
Tender, unhurried sessions for a parent's house, a partner's studio, a childhood home. We hold the timeline while you hold the objects that still hold them.

For the mornings the room won't start
Co-working sessions that get to the heart of your home to make space for what is about to become a new chapter in your life. Ten-minute resets and low-decision systems built for a nervous system that does not want a spreadsheet. Compassion first, containers second.

The reset
Tea on the floor. We name every pile out loud before touching a single object.
Two baskets only: wear this week, wash & fold. No 'maybe' pile allowed.
Every unopened moving box gets a label and a decision date. Nothing re-enters the room unassigned.
Rug rolled out, olive tree in. The room is allowed to be almost empty for a week.
A single index card taped inside the console: three habits to keep the room breathing.
Service — Home Reset
A quiet, guided reset of a single room in your home. We work beside you — slowly, gently, in silence when you need it — until the room can breathe again.
The process
Enquire
A free 15-minute phone consultation. Share a few photos and a short 5-minute video of the room, so we can listen well before we arrive.
Arrive & sit
We start on the floor with tea. Every pile is named out loud before a single object is touched.
Slow passes
Ten-minute passes across the room — clothes, paper, cables, memory. Two baskets only. No 'maybe' pile.
Rehome with intention
Bags booked to a specific charity, collected the same day. Nothing lingers in the hallway.
One care note
A single index card left behind: three small habits to keep the room breathing after we leave.

A free 15-minute phone consultation. Send a few photos and a short 5-minute video of the space when you enquire, so we can listen well in the time we have.

07 — In their words
"She opened the box of my mother's letters with me. We did four objects that afternoon. I slept, properly, for the first time in a year. This is not tidying. It is a kind of tending."
08 — Intake
Built for the ADHD brain on a loud day. Tell us what's loudest, how much bandwidth you have, and what relief would look like. We'll match you to the softest way in — no willpower required.
Question 01
1 / 3
09 — A quiet promise
To help us work safely and respectfully, we ask that you identify any important or irreplaceable items before your session begins. This includes passports, legal documents, certificates, cash, jewellery, sentimental belongings, medications, keys, or anything else you would not want moved without your knowledge.
Where practical, we will avoid moving these items without your agreement. If we do need to relocate them during the session, we'll let you know exactly where they have been placed before we leave.
We ask that a client or their nominated representative remains available during the appointment wherever possible, so decisions about belongings can be made together. Nothing will be disposed of without your clear agreement.
Everything we see in your home is treated with respect, discretion, and complete confidentiality.
10 — Holding your space
When you book with Still Room, the time is held especially for you. It's a quiet space in the diary that cannot be offered to anyone else, allowing us to arrive fully present for your session.
We understand that life sometimes takes unexpected turns. If your plans change, simply let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment, and we'll happily refund 50% of your payment.
As our diary is often carefully planned in advance, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable, as we're rarely able to offer that time to someone else at short notice.
Thank you for treating this time with the same care and respect with which it is held for you.
11 — Sessions
Two session lengths, per person. Some rooms take longer than others — we won't promise a finish line, only quiet, focused hours worked beside you.
3 hour session
£135
per person
A shorter block of time together. How far we get depends on the room — every space is different.
5 hour session
£225
per person
A longer block for rooms that need more time, or space to slow down between decisions.
Larger teams·Homes, studios and shared spaces that need more than one pair of hands are available on request. Send us a note and we'll shape a session around the room.
Night call-outs·Available on request and charged at a higher rate. For the evenings when the room can't wait until morning.
Travel·Rooms within a 5-mile radius of Liverpool City Centre are included. Beyond that, we charge the exact Uber fare (standard UberX, door to door) to your room and back, shown as a screenshot on your invoice. No mark-up, no mileage maths.
12 — Before we meet
Record a short 5-minute video — phone in hand, no editing, no tidying first — walking us through the room or the corner that feels heaviest.
Show us the piles, the paperwork, the drawer that won't close. Tell us what you've tried, what feels stuck, and what a calmer version of the space might feel like.
We'll watch it quietly, then reply with the next steps to shepherd your room out of the chaos — the right session length, what to expect, and how we'll begin together.
WeTransfer, Drive, or a private link — whatever's easiest.
13 — Begin
Tell us where life feels crowded, and we'll help you create space to breathe again.
Free 15-minute phone consultation
If it feels right, share a few photos and a short video (up to 5 mins) of the space when you write — it helps us sit with it gently before we speak.
